Before you reach out
The most common questions before getting a quote. If yours isn't here, just ask us directly.
01Do I have to use Stripe?+
Nope. It's the fastest option since we already run it in production, but we'll integrate another gateway if you need one — priced based on how complex its API is.
02Does the app or website end up under your name or mine?+
Yours. We publish with collaborator access on your own accounts (Apple Developer, Google Play, Vercel, Supabase...). You're always the owner.
03Are there calls or meetings?+
Not needed. The whole process, from the brief to delivery, runs in writing. It protects us both — there's always a record of what was agreed.
04What if I need something that wasn't in the quote?+
It gets quoted in writing as an add-on, with its own price and timeline, before we touch it. Nothing gets added on a verbal "sure, no problem" basis.
05What if my project isn't a website or an app, just something internal?+
We cover that too — automations, dashboards and integrations count as custom software. Tell us your case and we'll see how it fits.
06How do I know the price won't creep up mid-project?+
The quote is fixed from the day you accept it. If something new comes up, it's quoted separately, in writing, before we touch it — never a surprise on the final invoice.
07What if you get sick or take on too much work?+
I only take on a new project when I can guarantee the dedication and deadlines promised here. And if I genuinely couldn't continue, the contract gives you the right to the code and materials in whatever state they're in, plus a refund of anything paid that doesn't correspond to work already done — you're never left stranded.
