Over ten years working in client management and business operations, at international tech companies — a degree in Business Administration, with a year abroad studying in Austria. That's where the habit comes from of keeping everything in writing, well organised and unambiguous: that's how you manage a serious client account, and it's how I manage every project here too.

Before ifadev, I hired another agency to build Guaumigo, my own business: a marketplace for dog carers. What they delivered didn't work well, and every change depended on them — I couldn't touch anything myself. So I decided to rebuild it on my own, learning to do it properly.

Today Guaumigo is genuinely live in production: real payments split automatically with Stripe Connect, native apps published on both stores, and my own admin panel that I use every day to run the business. It's not a portfolio mockup — it's proof I can take a real project from zero to production, and keep it running with real customers.

ifadev comes from that same experience, seen from the other side: I know what it feels like to depend on an agency that doesn't respond, bills by the hour with no clarity on what for, and leaves the project half-done once it's paid. Here I work the opposite way — using AI to move much faster than a traditional agency, price and scope fixed from day one, and everything published on your own accounts, never mine.

I don't come from a software engineering career — I come from client management. I learned to actually build software by rebuilding Guaumigo, leaning on AI for the more mechanical technical parts. That means I understand a project from the client's side too, not just from the code.
