What data we collect
What you voluntarily submit through the contact form or the support chat: name, email, project type, rough budget (optional), and your message. When you accept a quote, the date, time, IP address and browser of the signature are also recorded as evidence of acceptance (see /en/terms, clause 35).
Cookies
This site uses Vercel Analytics to measure visits in an aggregated, anonymous way, with no cookies or individual identification. In addition, only if you consent via the cookie notice, Google Ads loads to measure how well our ads perform — until you accept, that script never loads and no third-party cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which will bring the notice back.
Purpose
To respond to your quote or contact request. Your data isn't used for anything else, and we don't send unsolicited marketing.
Legal basis
The consent you give by submitting the form (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
Recipients and processors
Your data is stored in Supabase (database) and a notification email is sent via Brevo. Both act as data processors, with their own security guarantees and GDPR compliance. We don't share your data with any other third party.
Retention
Kept for as long as there's a potential or active business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing ian@ifadev.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your rights haven't been respected.
